FaceAlarm — face massage coaching timer with AI

iOS app born from real life: wife runs a face massage coaching business, needed a timer with guided exercises. No good app existed — built one.

What it does: guided face massage timer with exercise sequences, AI-powered form feedback (on-device via Apple Foundation Models), progress tracking. Privacy-first: all data stays on device.

Stack: Swift + SwiftUI + StoreKit 2 + CoreML/Apple Foundation Models. On-device AI for form analysis — zero API cost.

Status: active, App Store live.
